Approval Tax Rate of the City in the manner provided for a Special Taxing
Unit (at a Voter-Approval Rate of 8%) due to the Declarations of Disaster
by the Governor of Texas and the President of the United States; and
providing an effective date.

1986, from Abel Toscano, Jr., Executor to Crecenciano de Leon
etux in Volume 79, Page 589, Official Records of Cameron
County, Texas; Said tract of land conveyed to Grantor on
Sherriffs deed recorded in Document Number 2015-2570,
Official Public Records of Cameron County, Texas".
